홍콩 재무국장 "장외거래소 포함 가상자산 규제안 논의 방침"

홍콩 미디어 이코노믹저널(hkej)에 따르면 크리스토퍼 후이(Christopher Hui) 홍콩 금융 서비스 및 재무국 국장이 "현재 가상자산 생태계에는 일부 장외거래소가 포함돼 있으며, 가까운 시일 내에 이를 고려한 규제 프레임워크 논의를 시작할 방침"이라고 밝혔다. 그러면서 “정부는 가상자산사업자(VASP) 인허가 제도 및 규제 요건을 마련해 지난해 6월부터 시행했으며, 현재 인허가를 받은 곳은 2곳이다 현재 중국 증권감독관리위원회(CSRC)가 가상자산 거래 플랫폼 라이선스 신청서를 신속히 검토하고 있으며 가능한 빨리 대중들에게 검토 결과를 공표할 것"이라고 부연했다.
