블록체인 오라클 솔루션 밴드 프로토콜(BAND)의 공동 창업자 소라비스 스리나와쿤(Soravis Srinawakoon | BAND)이 X를 통해 “밈코인 시즌을 맞아 커뮤니티에 밴드프로토콜의 오라클 기능을 없애고 밈코인으로 전환하자는 내용의 거버넌스 제안을 발의했다"고 밝혔다. 이에 대해 밴드 프로토콜은 “이 제안이 통과된다면 밴드프로토콜은 코스모스 기반 최초의 인터체인 밈코인이 되는 것"이라고 부연했다.
