연합뉴스에 따르면 위메이드가 장현국 전 대표(현 부회장)를 이달 초 지분 보유 내용이 공개되는 특별 관계자 명단에서 제외했다가 이틀만에 번복했다. 장 전 대표 보유 주식 양에는 변동이 없었다. 위메이드는 지난 1일 '특별관계 해소에 따른 변동'을 사유로 장 전 대표를 특별관계자 명단에서 제외했다. 위메이드 측은 "장 전 대표가 계열사인 위메이드맥스 대표로 재직하고 있어 특별관계자에 해당함을 확인했고, 이같은 사유로 공시에 반영했다"고 설명했다.
