펙실드에 따르면 독일 정부 추정 주소(bc1qq0로 시작)가 20분 전 500 BTC를 특정 주소(139PoP로 시작)로 이체했다. 앞서 해당 주소는 오늘 16시 38분 코인베이스, 크라켄으로 각각 200 BTC씩 총 400 BTC(2434만 달러)를 입금했다. 지난 주 독일 정부는 코인베이스, 비트스탬프, 크라켄으로 1700 BTC를 전송한 바 있다.
