폭스비즈니스에 따르면 친암호화폐 성향의 미국 하원의원 프렌치 힐(French Hill)이 나이지리아 현지에 구금돼 재판 중인 미국 시민 티그란 감바리안(Tigran Gambaryan)의 석방을 위해 인질문제 특사 로저 카스텐스와 대화할 계획이라고 전했다. 그는 이와 함께 티그란 감바리안의 미국 거주지 조지아주 소속 의원 리치 맥코믹(Rich McCormick)과도 협력할 계획이다.
