빗썸이 회원 예치금에 연 2.0% 예치금 이자를 지급한다고 공지하자, 업비트가 이를 2.1%로 변경한다고 밝힌 가운데, 빗썸이 또다시 이자율을 2.2%(세전)으로 상향조정한다고 전했다. 빗썸은 앞서 발표된 공지를 업데이트, "원화 예치금 이자율을 상향조정한다. 이자율을 제외한 모든 사항은 기존 공지와 동일하게 적용된다"고 전했다.
