외신 "미 SEC, 'XRP 미등록증권' 판결에 항소 결정"

유투데이에 따르면 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 리플과의 소송 관련 법원 판결에 대해 항소하기로 결정한 것으로 알려졌다. 해당 판결에 대한 항소 마감일은 10월 7일까지였다. 앞서 지난해 7월 미국 뉴욕 지방법원은 2차시장에서 판매된 XRP 토큰은 증권에 해당하지 않는다고 공식 판결했다. 코인마켓캡 기준 XRP는 현재 6.80% 내린 0.5601 달러에 거래되고 있다.
