비트와이즈, 델라웨어주 SEC에 SOL 현물 ETF 출시 신청서 제출

비트코이니스트에 따르면, 암호화폐 자산운용사 겸 비트코인 현물 ETF 운용사 비트와이즈(Bitwise)가 미국 델라웨어주 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 솔라나(SOL) 현물 ETF 출시 승인 요청하며 증권신고서(S-1)를 제출한 것으로 전해졌다. 앞서 반에크, 21쉐어스 등 자산운용사는 SOL 현물 ETF 출시 승인을 받기 위해 19b-4s(거래규칙변경)를 미 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 제출한 바 있으며, 미국 ETF 전문 업체 ETF스토어의 최고경영자(CEO) 네이트 제라시(Nate Geraci)는 SOL 현물 ETF 출시를 노릴 다음 자산운용사로 비트와이즈를 지목한 바 있다.
