미국 암호화폐 채굴기업 마라홀딩스(구 마라톤디지털, MARA)가 공식 홈페이지를 통해 10억 달러 규모의 전환사채 공모를 완료했다고 밝혔다. 앞서 마라홀딩스는 조달 자금 중 약 2억 달러는 기존 2026년 만기 전환사채 일부를 재매입하는 데 사용하고, 나머지는 비트코인 매수, 사업 확장 등 일반 운영 자금으로 활용할 예정이라고 밝힌 바 있다.
