바이낸스 최고 마케팅 책임자 레이첼 콘란(Rachel Conlan)이 코인텔레그래프와의 인터뷰에서 "상장할 암호화폐를 결정할 때 커뮤니티 피드백과 의견 수렴은 중요한 요소지만, 100% 확실한(guaranteed) 것은 없다"고 말했다. 한편 그는 "밈코인은 유틸리티가 부족하다는 단점이 있지만, 최근 유틸리티를 갖춘 밈코인들도 등장하고 있다. 이는 우리 모두에게 필요한 것"이라고 설명했다. 이어 "향후 18~24개월 동안 암호화폐 커뮤니티가 기하급수적으로 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 유틸리티를 갖춘 암호화폐 프로젝트에 집중할 필요가 있다"고 부연했다.
