암호화폐 속보 플랫폼 X 계정인 트리뉴스에 따르면, 단일 기업 기준 가장 많은 비트코인을 보유 중인 마이크로스트래티지(MSTR)가 나스닥 100 지수에 공식 편입됐다. 앞서 블룸버그 ETF 전문 애널리스트 제임스 세이파트(James Seyffart)는 "마이크로스트래티지가 나스닥 100 지수에 편입되면서 약 21억 달러 규모의 자금이 MSTR 주식으로 유입될 것이며, 이는 MSTR 주식 일일 평균 거래량의 20%를 차지할 것으로 예상된다"고 전망했다. MSTR은 나스닥100 편입에 따라 나스닥100지수를 추종하는 '인베스코 QQQ 트러스트(QQQ)' 편입 종목에도 추가됐다. 외신들은 이를 통해 BTC 익스포저(노출)가 늘어날 수 있다고 전망하고 있다.
