크립토슬레이트에 따르면 테더가 레이어제로와 협력, USDT 멀티체인 버전인 USDT0를 출시한다고 발표했다. 이는 크라켄의 레이어2 블록체인 잉크에 배포되며 향후 몇 주 내 베라체인(Berachain) 및 메가이더리움(MegaETH)에도 배포될 예정이다. 또한 레이어제로의 옴니체인 펀저블 토큰(OFT) 표준이 크로스체인 전송을 지원하며, 이더리움 메인넷에 스마트 컨트랙트로 락업된 USDT 토큰을 사용한다.
