“하루·트라움 600억 사기” B&S 대주주, 항소심도 징역 15년 구형

검찰이 600억원 규모 가상자산 사기 혐의로 수감 중인 B&S홀딩스 대주주 방모씨 항소심에서 징역 15년을 구형했다고 디지털애셋이 보도했다. 방씨는 가상자산 예치 업체 하루인베스트와 가상자산 트레이딩 개발사 트라움인포테크를 속여 약 600억원을 빼앗은 혐의(특정경제가중처벌법 사기)로 2024년 8월 1심에서 징역 10년을 선고받고 수감 중이다. 특히, 방씨는 FTX에 고객 자산 대부분을 맡겼다가 2022년 11월 FTX가 부실 관리 등을 이유로 법정관리(회생)를 신청하면서 자산이 동결된 것으로 조사됐다.
