뉴시스에 따르면 포도코인을 발행해 시세를 조종하는 등 809억원을 편취한 혐의를 받는 '코인왕 존버킴'이 보석으로 풀려났다. 재판부는 박씨에 대한 보석을 허가하며 보증금 1억원을 납부할 것을 명했다. 박씨는 2021년 2월부터 2022년 4월까지 1년 2개월간 사업을 진행할 의사 없이 투자금을 편취하기 위한 목적인 스캠 코인을 발행한 혐의를 받는다.
