코인베이스 최고법률책임자(CLO) 폴 그레왈(Paul Grewal)이 X를 통해 “토큰 상장 기준과 관련해 오는 목요일(현지시간) 개선점이 있는지 커뮤니티 논의를 할 예정”이라고 밝혔다. 그러면서 “상장을 원하는 토큰과 상장할 수 있는 토큰 사이에는 다소 괴리나 차이가 있을 수 있다. 이 때문에 많은 이용자들이 실망하는 부분도 있다는 점을 잘 알고 있다”고 설명했다.
