유럽증권감독청, '암호화폐 업체 직원' 역량 평가 가이드라인 제출

코인텔레그래프에 따르면 유럽증권감독청(ESMA)이 암호화폐 서비스 제공업체 직원의 역량을 평가하기 위한 가이드라인 초안을 제출했다. 해당 가이드라인은 유럽 암호화폐 규제법 미카(MiCA)를 준수하며, 암호화폐 서비스 업체 직원들에게 암호화폐, 블록체인, 관련 리스크, 세금 제도 등에 대한 전문적인 지식을 갖출 것을 요구한다. ESMA는 4월 22일(현지시간)까지 피드백을 수렴한 뒤 오는 3분기에 최종 가이드라인을 발표할 예정이다.
