스트래티지(구 마이크로스트래티지) 설립자 마이클 세일러가 미국 보수주의 행사인 CPAC에서 "미국 정부는 미래 디지털 경제를 주도하기 위해 비트코인 공급량의 20%를 매입해야 한다. 장기적으로 전 세계에서 한 국가만이 BTC 네트워크의 20%를 매입할 수 있는 여지가 있고, 그 국가는 미국이라고 생각한다"고 말했다.
