코어위브, 마이크로소프트 협업 따른 잠재적 리스크 언급

암호화폐 채굴업체 코어사이언티픽의 파트너인 GPU 클라우드 제공업체 코어위브(CoreWeave)가 IPO S-1(증권신고서) 서류에 '마이크로소프트(MS)와의 파트너십이 중단될 경우, 당사의 사업, 운영결과, 재무상태 및 미래전망에 부정적인 영향이 미칠 수 있다'고 밝혔다고 더블록이 보도했다. 코어위브의 MS로 인한 잠재 리스크에 따라 파트너사인 코어사이언티픽의 주가도 13% 이상 하락했다. 코어위브는 앞서 MS와 파트너십을 체결했고 이에 따라 2030년까지 MS는 코어위브 서비스에 최소 100억 달러를 투자할 계획이다. 지난해 기준 MS 관련 거래가 코어위브 총 매출의 62%를 차지한 것으로 알려진 바 있다.
