블록체인 기술을 활용하는 자산운용사 슈퍼스테이트(Superstate)가 자사의 디지털 트랜스퍼 에이전트 슈퍼스테이트서비스(Superstate Services LLC)를 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)에 등록했다고 코인데스크가 보도했다. 이는 토큰화된 자산과 기존 금융 규정을 브릿지하기 위한 조치다. 지난주 SEC 암호화폐 태스크포스(TF) 수장으로 임명된 헤스터 피어스 위원이 토큰화 증권 미래에 있어 트랜스퍼 에이전트의 중요성을 강조한 바 있다.
