美 자산운용사 렉스쉐어스·오스프리, MOVE 기반 ETF 신청

미국 자산운용사 렉스쉐어스(Rex Shares)와 오스프리펀드(Osprey Funds)가 10일(현지시간) 무브(MOVE) ETF를 신청했다고 밝혔다. 렉스-오스프리 MOVE ETF는 운용 자산의 최소 80%를 MOVE 또는 관련 상품에 투자하며, 직접 보유 및 파생 상품을 혼합해 운용할 계획이다. 무브먼트 공동 설립자 루시 만체(Rushi Manche)는 "이번 ETF는 암호화폐에 국한돼 있던 기존 투자 범위를 파생상품까지 확장함으로써 기관투자 자금이 차세대 블록체인 혁신을 지원할 수 있는 길을 열어줄 것”이라고 말했다. 무브 ETF 승인 여부는 불확실하지만, 승인될 경우 무브먼트 생태계 확장과 제도권 자금 유입이 확대될 전망이다.
