지멘스, 블록체인 기술 적용

유럽 최대 테크기업 지멘스(Siemens)가 사물인터넷(IoT) 개발사 미니마(Minima)와 협력해 자사 제품에 블록체인 기술을 적용한다고 밝혔다고 코인데스크가 전했다. 이에 따라 양사는 인공지능(AI), 사이버 보안 등 사업 분야에 블록체인 기술을 활용한다. 지멘스는 “미니마의 IoT 장비를 활용하면 외부 서버나 중앙관리자 없이 블록체인 네트워크를 이용할 수 있다”고 설명했다.
