미국 법원이 지난 2024년 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 탈중앙화 소셜 미디어 비트클라우트(BitClout) 설립자를 상대로 제기한 소송을 기각했다고 디크립트가 보도했다. 지난해 SEC는 비트클라우트 설립자 나데르 알나지(Nader Al-Naji)를 300만 달러 규모 전신 사기 혐의로 기소한 바 있다.
