XRP 급등으로 브래드 갈링하우스 리플 CEO 순자산이 약 100억달러로 추산되지만 기업의 재무 정보가 제대로 공개되지 않고 있다고 폭스비즈니스 수석 특파원 찰스 가스파리노가 지적했다. 가스파리노는 X를 통해 "리플은 기업인데도 수익이 얼마인지 제대로 된 재무 보고서를 내놓지 않고 있다. 다음주 예정된 증권거래위원회(SEC) 위원장 지명자 폴 앳킨스의 청문회에서 이러한 지적이 나올 수 있다. 암호화폐 반대파 미국 상원의원 엘리자베스 워렌이 이 문제를 거론할 수 있다는 소문이 있다"고 전했다.
