독일 금융당국, 에테나 USDe 제공 금지... 심각한 결함 발견

독일 연방 금융감독청(BaFin)이 에테나(Ethena) GmbH의 USDe 토큰 승인 절차에서 심각한 규정준수 결함을 발견했으며 이에 따라 대중 대상 토큰 제공을 즉각 금지한다고 공식 홈페이지를 통해 발표했다. 기관은 USDe 토큰 신규 사업 중단을 명령하며, 이와 함께 수탁기관(Custodians)에 해당 자산 준비금을 동결하도록 지시했다. 또한 결함과 관련해서는 사업 조직, 준비금 및 자본 요건준수 등 유럽 암호화폐 규제법 미카(MiCA) 위반과 관련 있다고 설명했다.
