포사이트 벤처스(Foresight Ventures)가 보고서를 발표, 대규모 스테이블코인 채택을 방해하는 3가지 요소를 제시했다. 보고서는 "스테이블코인이 금융 시스템에 얼마나 깊이 동화될 수 있을지 의문이다"며 "이를 방해하는 요소는 규제 불확실성, 사용자 경험 및 규정 준수 문제다. 향후 한 달 반 안에 미국 스테이블코인 법안이 통과될 가능성이 높다. 해당 법안이 통과될 시 적어도 하나의 문제(규제 불확실성)는 해결될 것"이라고 설명했다.
