일본의 아시아 웹3 얼라이언스가 토큰화 경제 및 웹3 혁신 촉진을 위한 협력 제안서를 제출했다고 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC) 암호화폐 태스크포스(TF)가 공식 홈페이지를 통해 전했다. 제안서에는 SEC, 일본 금융청(JFSA), 경제산업성(METI), 중앙은행(BOJ)이 공동으로 토큰화 및 웹3 규제를 위한 협력을 구축하는 내용이 담겨있다. 목표는 1) 토큰화된 증권, 유틸리티 증권, 비증권 암호화폐를 명확하게 하기 위한 토큰 분류 프레임워크 개발 2) 규제 상호운용성 촉진 및 규정 준수를 위한 토큰의 국가 간 발행 지원 3) 초기 토큰 프로젝트를 위한 세이프하버 매커니즘 구축 및 미국으로부터 샌드박스 테스트 모델 학습 4) 국가 간 토큰 거래 및 커스터디 표준 구축 5) 정책 및 연구 결과 공유 위한 웹3 규제 원탁회의 진행 등이 있다.
