미국 상품선물거래위원회(CFTC)가 암호화폐 관련 두가지 직원 권고안을 철회한다고 공식 채널을 통해 발표했다. 이는 암호화폐의 파생상품 청산기관(DCO) 청산 확대에 대한 자문(23-07) 및 암호화폐 파생상품 상장에 대한 자문(18-14) 권고안이다. 규제기관은 "해당 조치는 암호화폐 파생상품이 다른 상품과 다른 규제적 대우를 받을 것이라는 암시를 피하기 위한 것이다. 동시에 이러한 상장을 감독하는 직원들의 경험이 늘어났음을 반영한 것"이라고 설명했다.
