태국 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 암호화폐 거래소 OKX 운영사 Aux Cayes FinTech와 관계자 9명을 무허가 거래소 운영 혐의로 형사 고발했다고 크라우드펀드인사이더가 보도했다. 매체는 "OKX는 2018년 제정된 디지털 자산 비즈니스 긴급법(Emergency Decree on Digital Asset Businesses)을 위반하고 필수 라이선스 없이 암호화폐 거래 서비스를 제공한 혐의를 받고 있다. 태국 SEC 조사에 따르면 OKX는 2021년 웹사이트를 통해 암호화폐 거래 서비스를 제공했으며, 여러 소셜 네트워크를 통해 광범위하게 마케팅 활동을 펼친 정황이 드러났다"고 설명했다.
