미국 플로리다주 상원의원이 발의한 BTC 투자 허용 법안(HB487)이 이달 10일(현지시간) 공청회(public hearing)를 앞두고 있다고 솔리드인텔이 전했다. 앞서 플로리다 주 공화당 상원의원 조 그루터스(Joe Gruters)는 주정부가 비트코인 및 기타 암호화폐에 투자할 수 있도록 허용하는 법안을 발의했다. 해당 법안에는 플로리다 주 최고재무책임자(CFO)가 공적 자금을 사용해 비트코인 및 기타 디지털 자산에 투자할 수 있도록 허용하며, 투자 금액은 모든 계좌의 총 자금 중 10%를 초과할 수 없다고 명시됐다.
