도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령이 10일(현지시간) 진행 중인 내각 회의에서 "중국과 거래하고 싶다. 양국 모두에 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다고 생각한다"고 말했다. 한편 트럼프 대통령은 전날 중국을 제외한 국가에 상호관세 부과를 90일 유예한다고 발표한 바 있으며, 백악관은 중국에 대한 합계 관세는 125%가 아닌 145%라고 밝힌 바 있다.
