저스틴 선 “자오창펑이 밀고자?...그는 멘토이자 친구”

자오창펑 바이낸스 설립자 겸 전 CEO가 저스틴 선 트론(TRX) 설립자에 대한 범죄 혐의를 정부에 제공했다는 보도와 관련해 저스틴 선이 “그는 나의 멘토이자, 친구이자, 지지자”라고 밝혔다. 그러면서 “그는 내가 창업하는 과정에서 상당한 관심을 기울여주고 지도해줬다. 내가 업무를 처리할 때 여전히 자오창펑은 그 기준이자 지침이다. 물론 나는 미국 정부 역시 신뢰하고 있다”고 설명했다. 앞서 월스트리트저널은 자오창펑이 과거 자금세탁방지법 위반으로 정부와 형량 거래를 할 때 저스틴 선에 대한 범죄 혐의 정보도 제공하기로 했었다고 보도한 바 있다.
