FIU, 애플 앱에서 미신고 해외 가상자산 접속차단

금융정보분석원(FIU)이 14일 쿠코인(KuCoin), 멕시(MEXC) 등 애플 앱스토어에 등록된 미신고 외국 가상자산사업자 앱 14개의 국내 접속을 차단했다고 뉴시스가 전했다. 지난달 25일 구글 앱스토어에 등록된 17개 미신고 해외 가상자산을 차단한 데 이은 후속 조처다. FIU는 해외 미신고 거래소를 특정하고 신고사업자가 미신고사업자와 거래하지 않도록 지도 중이다. 또 미신고 사업자를 수사기관에 통보하고, 이용자 피해를 예방하기 위해 국내 접속 차단도 추진하고 있다.
