바이낸스 CEO 리처드 텅(Richard Teng)이 블록체인을 뒤늦게 채택한 국가의 경우 더 큰 대가를 치를 것이라고 경고했다. 그는 X를 통해 "블록체인을 선제적으로 채택한 국가들은 △자본 조달 비용 절감 △기술 중심 투자자 유치 △탄력적 디지털 인프라 구축 등 세 가지 이점을 누릴 수 있게 된다. 반면, 뒤늦게 나선 국가들은 격차를 해소하기 위해 더 큰 대가를 치르게 될 것"이라고 X를 통해 밝혔다.
