카르다노(ADA) 공동 설립자 찰스 호스킨슨이 현금과 비슷한 수준의 프라이버시를 제공하는 스테이블코인을 구상 중이라고 언급했다. DL뉴스에 따르면 그는 암호화폐 거래 지원 모바일 투자 앱 이토로(eToro) 팟캐스트에 출연해 "사람들은 자신들의 거래 정보가 누구에게나 추적되는 걸 원하지 않을 수 있다. 카르다노는 이미 자체 블록체인에서 3,150만 달러 규모 스테이블코인을 운용 중이며, 세계 최초로 프라이버시 기반 스테이블코인을 개발하는 생태계가 될 수 있다"고 전했다.
