파이 네트워크(PI) 코어팀이 약 1200만개 PI를 매도한 정황이 포착, 사기 의혹이 제기됐다고 토큰포스트가 암호화폐 조사전문가 아틀라스를 인용해 전했다. 아틀라스는 "6000만명 사용자에 비해 활성 지갑 수가 너무 적고 다단계 추천 시스템에 과도하게 의존한다"고 비판하며, 이번 매도가 PI 가격 급락과 시기적으로 일치한다고 주장했다. 실제로 PI는 최근 7일간 32.3% 하락했다. 이에 대해 파이 커뮤니티는 "해당 물량 이동은 테스트넷에서 메인넷으로의 일상적인 마이그레이션"이라고 반박했다.
