PANews reported on November 7 that, according to Jinshi, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics failed to release the October non-farm payroll report as scheduled due to the U.S. government shutdown, marking the second consecutive month that the non-farm payroll report has been "absent".
The US non-farm payroll report is absent for the second consecutive time.
