PANews reported on August 18th that BASCAN_io announced that BAS tokens will begin circulating at 06:00 ( UTC) on August 19th , according to Binance Wallet . Participants in the BAS Pre-TGE will be able to trade BAS tokens on Binance Alpha. Winners of the BAS Booster Campaign Weeks 1 and 2 will be able to claim and trade BAS tokens within 8 hours of the tokens becoming available .
