Bitwise filed its S-1 registration document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

PANews reported on February 6th that, according to official documents, Bitwise has formally submitted its S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ), applying to launch the Bitwise Uniswap ETF . The product will be managed by Bitwise Investment Advisers, with Coinbase Custody as the custodian. Currently, it does not participate in staking, but this may be introduced in the future through amendments to the registration document.
