PANews reported on January 23 that Vine co-founder Rus Yusupov posted information on the X platform, saying that the VINE tokens held by developers have been locked until April 20. He also promised that these tokens will continue to be locked until Vine is restarted.
Earlier news, the short video platform Vine announced the issuance of VINECOIN and released a video to confirm that the account was not stolen. Previously, Musk said on January 19 that the X platform was considering restarting the Vine service. Vine was a well-known 6-second short video platform under Twitter. It was established in 2012 and its core service was shut down in 2017.
