PANews reported on May 15 that according to Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. Senate has received a bipartisan draft amendment to the GENIUS Act. Two Senate sources familiar with the matter revealed that the amendment will add new content on consumer protection, bankruptcy processing and ethics.
