PANews reported on January 30th that, according to CME's "FedWatch," the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points by March is 15.3%, while the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 84.7%. By April, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis point rate cut is 29.7%, the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 67.2%, and the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point rate cut is 3.2%. By June, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis point rate cut is 48.3%, the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 33.7%, the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point rate cut is 16.4%, and the probability of a cumulative 75 basis point rate cut is 1.6%.
