PANews reported on January 7th that, according to Cryptopolitan, WisdomTree has officially withdrawn its proposed registration application for a spot XRP ETF. In a filing submitted Tuesday, the company stated that it has "decided to temporarily suspend" the product's launch and requested the SEC to withdraw its registration statement and all accompanying exhibits and amendments. Previously, WisdomTree had filed its S-1 registration document for a spot XRP ETF with the SEC in December 2024.
