• The one who transferred FORM was a whale/institution that had previously withdrawn 30.03 million FORM from Binance in early July, worth approximately US$82.82 million.
• After they proposed FORM in early July, they transferred 11 million FORM to Binance at the end of August, worth about US$39.67 million. In the past two days, they transferred 35.59 million FORM to Binance, worth about US$46.23 million.
