HyperLiquid’s Yield Vault TVL Grows by $250 Million in 2 Months

PANews reported on June 5 that according to CoinDesk, the total locked value (TVL) of the revenue vault of the decentralized exchange HyperLiquid has rebounded from US$163 million to US$418 million in two months, successfully emerging from the shadow of the JELLY market turmoil in March. The current annualized yield of the vault is 13.42%, which is higher than the yield level of about 9% of the mainstream re-pledge agreement.

In March, due to the manipulation of the JELLY index price, HyperLiquid was forced to close its position at $0.0095 (instead of $0.50 as indicated by the off-chain oracle), causing the platform's TVL to drop sharply from $510 million to $150 million, and the HYPE token fell 20% on the same day. However, trader James Wynn subsequently demonstrated the platform's liquidity capabilities with a $100 million public transaction in a single week, pushing TVL and token prices to rise simultaneously, with HYPE rising by 72% in the past 30 days.
