PANews reported on March 18 that according to official news, Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced that it would spend 1.879 billion yen (about 12.54 million US dollars) to increase its holdings of 150 bitcoins, with an average purchase price of 12,526,226 yen (83,583 US dollars) per bitcoin. The company's bitcoin holdings increased to 3,200 bitcoins.
