PANews reported on January 1 that Brian Armstrong, co-founder and CEO of Coinbase, posted on the X platform that he hopes that as bandwidth becomes cheaper (and more secure), people will no longer need to enter WiFi passwords, and their phones/computers should always automatically connect to the Internet no matter where they are. Hotels/airports waste too much time on this, and suggested abolishing WiFi passwords. Musk responded by agreeing and leaving a message "100%".
