PANews 10月13日消息，英国反垄断监管机构（CMA）周五正式批准了微软对《使命召唤》开发商动视暴雪的收购，此前的交易变更基本上解决了该机构的担忧。根据这项新协议，微软将不会购买动视暴雪持有的云游戏版权，而是在交易完成之前将其出售给独立第三方育碧娱乐公司（育碧）。CMA 认为重组交易做出了重要改变，基本上解决了今年早些时候提出的与原始交易有关的担忧。
