In order to further promote legislative democracy, the draft regulations and related explanations are now published to solicit opinions from the public so that further research and revision can be made before being submitted to the next Standing Committee meeting for review.

The "Several Provisions on the Application of Electronic Documents" support the access of the digital RMB system to the blockchain infrastructure and promote the use of digital RMB in application scenarios such as electronic document storage, pricing, payment, settlement, investment and financing. In addition, the "Several Provisions on the Application of Electronic Documents" also stated that it will promote relevant departments to rely on blockchain infrastructure to manage and share various electronic certificates and documents generated by their duties.
