Bluesky is about to launch a photo sharing app Flashes

PANews reported on January 16 that according to TechCrunch, the decentralized social media project Bluesky is about to launch a photo sharing app Flashes, focusing on photos and short video content. This app is based on Bluesky's AT protocol, designed by developer Sebastian Vogelsang, and the code comes from its early client Skeets.

Flashes supports the release of up to four pictures and one-minute videos. The content will be synchronized to the Bluesky platform, and comments and messages will be communicated in real time. The developer plans to launch a video-only app "Blue Screen" in the future. Flashes is expected to be launched in a few weeks, and users can experience it first through TestFlight.
