PANews reported on June 5 that court documents showed that the U.S. Court of Appeals rejected Apple's (AAPL.O) request to suspend the App Store reform order in the Epic Games lawsuit. The court order required Apple to allow App Store developers to guide users to the web to purchase in-app products without paying commissions.
